The MJ7/18 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD105 (Endoglin), a 90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer expressed by vascular endothelial cells. CD105 is involved in adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis.
Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Validated by flow cytometric analysis of bEnd.3 cells at ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration recommended.
eFluor® 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue®, excited at 405 nm and emitting at 445 nm using the Violet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer and is upregulated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, serving as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity, but not TGF-β2.
