Product Specific Information
- 본 항체는 rhesus macaque IL-18/IL-1F4를 직접 ELISA 및 Western blot에서 검출합니다.
- Western blot에서 recombinant mouse, rat, porcine IL-18에 대해 약 10%의 교차 반응을 보입니다.
- 멸균 PBS에 0.2 mg/mL 농도로 재구성하십시오.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg (LAL method).
Target Information
IL-18은 염증성 사이토카인으로, T 세포의 IFN-γ 생성을 유도합니다.
IL-12와 함께 작용할 경우 IL-4 의존성 IgE 및 IgG1 생성을 억제하고, B 세포의 IgG2a 생성을 증가시킵니다.
IL-18 결합 단백질은 IL-18과 상호작용하여 그 생물학적 활성을 음성 조절할 수 있습니다.
