Target Information
Involucrin은 각질형성세포의 교차결합된 막 구조의 구성 요소로, 세포질에 존재하며 트랜스글루타민효소에 의해 막 단백질과 교차결합됩니다. 각막을 포함한 다양한 중층 편평상피에서 발현되며, 정상 표피에서는 상부 가시층에서 처음 발현됩니다. 각질형성세포 배양에서는 기저층을 떠난 모든 세포에서 발현됩니다. Involucrin 발현은 편평세포암종 및 전암 병변에서 비정상적이며, 후두 및 자궁경부의 심한 이형증에서는 감소합니다. 유전자는 1q21에 위치하며, calpactin I light chain, trichohyalin, profillaggrin, loricrin, calcyclin 사이에 존재합니다.
