Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
MMP3 (stromelysin-1) is part of the peptidase M10A subfamily. It is secreted as a pro-protein and activated by extracellular protease cleavage.
MMP3 binds zinc and calcium ions and exhibits metallo-endopeptidase activity. The active enzyme degrades collagen, gelatin, fibronectin, and laminin.
It plays a role in wound repair and tissue remodeling. Mutations in the MMP3 gene are associated with coronary heart disease.
