Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
NINL is involved in microtubule organization in interphase cells. Overexpression induces fragmentation of the Golgi apparatus and causes lysosomes to disperse toward the cell periphery. It also interferes with mitotic spindle assembly and may play a role in ovarian carcinogenesis.
