Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The STK19 gene encodes a serine/threonine kinase that localizes predominantly to the nucleus. Although its specific function is not fully understood, phosphorylation of this protein may be involved in transcriptional regulation. The gene is located in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6 and expresses two transcript variants.
