Each lot contains a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating biological variability.
This product was formerly known as “Recombinant Polyclonal Antibody” and is now branded as “Recombinant Superclonal™ Antibody” with unchanged performance.

Target Information

FGFR4 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4) belongs to the FGFR family of receptor tyrosine kinases that regulate angiogenesis, mitogenesis, osteogenesis, myogenesis, carcinogenesis, cellular differentiation, and tissue repair.
FGFR4 is required for normal down-regulation of CYP7A1 expression in response to FGF19 and plays roles in postnatal lung development and skeletal muscle lineage formation.
Dysregulation of FGFR4 has been implicated in cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathy.
