Preparation:
Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine IL-12. Anti-Murine IL-12-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Murine IL-12 matrix.
Sandwich ELISA:
To detect Murine IL-12 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.5–2.0 µg/mL of this antibody. In conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Murine IL-12 (500-P155GBt) as a detection antibody, it allows detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine IL-12.
Western Blot:
For Western Blot analysis, use 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. With compatible secondary reagents, detection limit for Recombinant Murine IL-12 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Target Information
IL-12 p70 (interleukin-12) is a cytokine critical for immune responses to infections and cancer. Produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells, it stimulates interferon-gamma production and activates T cells and NK cells. IL-12 p70 is studied as a therapeutic target for infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer, enhancing immune responses and modulating inflammation.
