This affinity purified antibody is directed against human Sprouty-4 protein.
A BLAST analysis indicates reactivity with human and chimpanzee Sprouty-4 based on 100% sequence homology.
Cross-reactivity is expected with Sprouty-4.
Target Information
SPRY4 is an inhibitor of the receptor-transduced mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway.
It functions upstream of RAS activation and impairs the formation of active GTP-RAS.
