Target Information

PCNA (polymerase delta auxiliary protein)는 DNA 복제에 필수적인 단백질로, DNA 절제 및 불일치 수선 경로에 관여합니다.
CDK 억제제 p21, 구조 특이적 엔도뉴클레아제 Fen1 및 XPG, DNA cytosine 5-methyltransferase (MCMT)와 결합합니다.
세포의 증식 잠재력 평가 및 종양 조직의 증식 상태를 확인하는 데 유용한 마커입니다.
PCNA는 G1 및 S기 세포주기 단계에서 핵 내에 존재하며, DNA polymerase delta의 보조인자로 작용합니다.
DNA 손상 시 PCNA는 유비퀴틴화되어 RAD6-의존적 DNA 수선 경로에 관여합니다.
두 개의 전사 변이체가 동일한 단백질을 암호화하며, 4번 염색체와 X 염색체에 유사유전자가 존재합니다.
