In Western blot applications, this antibody detects a band at approximately 70 kDa.
A suggested positive control is human spleen tissue lysate.

Target Information
In mice, CD4+ helper T-cells differentiate into type 1 (Th1) cells and type 2 (Th2) cells, which are critical for cell-mediated immunity and antibody responses.
Th1 differentiation is influenced by IL12, while IL4 influences Th2 differentiation.
Mice deficient in these cytokines, their receptors, or associated transcription factors exhibit impaired Th1 or Th2 immune responses.
The gene discussed encodes a protein similar to the mouse T-cell cytokine receptor Tccr at the amino acid level and is predicted to be a glycosylated transmembrane protein.
Diseases associated with IL27RA include Hyper IgE Recurrent Infection Syndrome 4 and Crisponi/Cold-Induced Sweating Syndrome 2.
