Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2) is involved in maintaining self-renewal and pluripotency of embryonic and trophoblast stem cells through signaling pathways such as FGF and Wnt.
Upon activation of FGF signaling, ESRRB interacts with KDM1A, binding enhancer sites of ELF5 and EOMES, promoting transcription and self-renewal of trophoblast stem cells.
ESRRB also regulates rod-specific gene expression necessary for photoreceptor cell survival.
Mutations in ESRRB can lead to autosomal recessive deafness type 35 (DFNB35).
