Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TSC22 domain family protein (TSC22D1) is a transcription factor belonging to the family of early response genes. It acts as a transcriptional repressor on the C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) promoter and is part of the TSC-22/Dip/Bun family.
TSC22D1 is an intracellular protein localized in the cytoplasm or nucleus, regulating cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. It modulates the transcriptional activity of Smad3 and Smad4 and is ubiquitously expressed in both fetal and adult tissues, particularly in aortic endothelial cells. Expression is induced by cytokines such as TGF-β.
TSC22D1 may serve as a potential therapeutic target in leukemia and prostate cancer research.
