Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

MCM2, also known as CDCL1, mitotin, and BM28, is a human nuclear protein crucial for cell cycle regulation, particularly in the onset of DNA replication and cell division.
It belongs to a family of early S-phase proteins and is mapped to chromosome 3q21.
CDCL1 has been identified as a potential oncogene associated with chromosomal breaks in acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
