Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
Target Information
CD4 항원은 MHC class II 분자의 인식에 관여하며, HIV의 공동수용체로 작용합니다. 주로 T helper 세포 등 특정 T 림프구 아형에서 발현되며, 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포 등에서도 발현될 수 있습니다.
조직 수준에서는 흉선, 림프절, 편도, 비장 및 일부 비림프조직(뇌, 장 등)에서 CD4 발현이 관찰됩니다.
CD4는 T 세포 수용체 복합체 및 단백질 티로신 키나아제 Lck와의 상호작용을 통해 T 세포 활성화 초기 단계를 매개하거나 강화하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 감염성 및 면역매개성 중추신경계 질환에서 신경 손상의 매개자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
