Product Specific Information

The OX-86 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD134 (OX40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein expressed by activated mouse T lymphocytes. Mouse CD134 is expressed by both activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Interaction with CD252 (OX40 ligand) is involved in T cell-dependent humoral responses, regulation of T cell expansion and survival, memory T cell pool size, and tolerance in CD4+ T cells.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on stimulated mouse splenocytes at ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.

Super Bright 436 is excited with the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 436 nm. Use a 450/50 bandpass filter or equivalent. Ensure instrument compatibility.

When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
