Product Specific Information

The eBioRDR5 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD127 (Interleukin-7 Receptor alpha).
CD127 forms a complex with CD132 (common gamma chain) to create the IL-7 receptor (IL-7R), a key molecule in lymphocyte development and homeostatic proliferation of T cells.

• CD127 is expressed by immature B cells, thymocytes, and most mature T cells.
• Binding of IL-7 triggers signal transduction via the Jak/STAT pathway.
• CD127 expression is down-regulated on CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs), which can be used as a marker for suppressive Treg identification.
• Binding of eBioRDR5 to PBMCs is blocked by recombinant human IL-7 (Product #14-1079-80).

Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and tested on normal human peripheral blood cells
Use at 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Super Bright 436 is excited with the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 436 nm.
Recommended filter: 450/50 bandpass or equivalent.
