Product Specific Information
A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45963 was sufficient for detection of RAB1A in 10 µg (A549, MEF) and 20 µg (Mouse Brain) lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis.
Detects approximately 23 kDa. Cross-reacts with RAB1B.
Target Information
RAB1A는 단백질 합성을 촉매하는 리보솜의 구성 단백질로, 60S 소단위체의 구성 요소입니다. 이 단백질은 C형 간염 바이러스 내부 리보솜 진입 부위(IRES)와 상호작용하여 바이러스 복제에 관여할 수 있습니다. 해당 유전자는 U68 snoRNA와 함께 전사되며, 여러 가공된 유사유전자가 존재합니다.
