Product Specific Information

A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45962 was sufficient for detection of DENND4C in A549 and MEF cells by Western Blot analysis. Detects approximately 213 kDa.


Target Information

DENND4C is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) activating RAB10. It promotes the exchange of GDP to GTP, converting inactive GDP-bound RAB10 into its active GTP-bound form. This process stimulates the delivery of SLC2A4/GLUT4 glucose transporter-enriched vesicles to the plasma membrane in response to insulin.
