Target Information
Interleukin 3 (IL-3), 일명 Mast Cell Growth Factor (MCGF), Multi-Colony Stimulating Factor (multi-CSF), Eosinophil-CSF (E-CSF)는 활성화된 T 세포, 비만세포, 호산구에서 생성됩니다.
IL-3는 조혈 성장 인자로서 적혈구, 거핵세포, 호중구, 호산구, 호염기구, 비만세포 및 단핵구 계통의 콜로니 형성을 자극합니다. 대부분의 기능은 다른 사이토카인과의 공동 자극에 의해 강화됩니다.
- 인간과 마우스 IL-3는 아미노산 수준에서 29%의 서열 동일성을 가짐
- IL-3의 생물활성은 종 특이적이며, 인간 IL-3는 마우스 세포에 활성 없음
- 다양한 조혈세포의 증식, 성장, 분화, 세포사멸에 관여
- 신경영양 활성도 있으며, 신경학적 장애와 관련될 수 있음
