For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ZBED1 (also known as DREF) is the human homolog of the Drosophila DREF protein, a transcriptional regulatory factor essential for expression of genes involved in DNA replication and cell proliferation.
RNA interference (RNAi) targeting ZBED1 RNA inhibits S phase entry and reduces histone H1 mRNA levels in HeLa cells, indicating a role in cell proliferation.
At least 22 ribosomal proteins possess ZBED1 binding sites in their promoters; knockdown of ZBED1 reduces RP gene expression.
Immunoprecipitation analyses show that ZBED1 self-associates via its carboxyl-terminal hATC domain, which is required for nuclear localization and DNA binding.
