Target Information
CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL3은 각각 GRO alpha, GRO beta (MIP-2 alpha), GRO gamma (MIP-2 beta)로도 알려진 CXC 케모카인 서브패밀리 구성원입니다.
이들 단백질은 IL-8 receptor type B에 높은 친화도로 결합하며, 강력한 호중구 유인 및 활성화 기능을 가집니다.
In vitro에서 GRO-alpha(4-73), GRO-alpha(5-73), GRO-alpha(6-73) 형태는 약 30배 높은 화학주성 활성을 보입니다.
