Target Information
Forkhead box protein C2 (FOXC2)는 전사 활성화 단백질로, 독특한 DNA 결합 포크헤드 도메인을 특징으로 합니다. FOXC2는 특정 중간엽 조직의 형성에 관여할 수 있으며, 유전자 변이는 림프부종-이중속눈썹증후군(Lymphedema-distichiasis, LYD)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
