Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is structurally similar to the CDC46 protein from S. cerevisiae, which is involved in the initiation of DNA replication. This protein is a member of the MCM family of chromatin-binding proteins and interacts with other family members. It is upregulated during the transition from G0 to G1/S phase of the cell cycle and may play a role in cell cycle regulation.
