Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Selenium is an essential trace element that provides tolerance to heavy metal toxicity and reactive xenobiotics. It has anticarcinogenic properties, and selenium deficiency may lead to neurologic diseases. Selenium-binding protein 1 (SELENBP1) is down-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, and ovarian cancer, but upregulated in the brains of patients with schizophrenia, serving as a biomarker for the disease.
