Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SRPRB encodes a subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR).
This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase that belongs to the GTPase superfamily and anchors the alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the ER membrane.
SR is essential for the cotranslational targeting of both secretory and membrane proteins to the ER membrane.
The human SRPRB protein shows similarity to the mouse homolog with the same functional characteristics.
