Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RUNX1T1 is a putative zinc finger transcription factor and oncoprotein. In acute myeloid leukemia (AML), particularly the M2 subtype, the t(8;21)(q22;q22) translocation is a common abnormality, producing a chimeric gene combining the RUNX1 and RUNX1T1 regions. The resulting protein associates with the nuclear corepressor/histone deacetylase complex, inhibiting hematopoietic differentiation. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
