Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

This gene encodes a trifunctional protein associated with the enzymatic activities of the first three enzymes in the six-step pyrimidine biosynthesis pathway: carbamoylphosphate synthetase (CPS II), aspartate transcarbamoylase, and dihydroorotase.
It is regulated by the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade, linking MAPK activation to de novo pyrimidine biosynthesis.
