Target Information
PHKG1 is a serine/threonine kinase with glycogenolytic regulatory functions. This protein is the catalytic member of a 16-subunit protein kinase complex containing equimolar ratios of four subunit types. The complex plays a crucial role as a glycogenolytic regulatory enzyme. PHKG1 has two pseudogenes located at chromosome 7q11.21 and one at chromosome 11p11.12.
