Target Information
ETS1 (c-Ets-1; v-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1 (avian); ETS-1; EWSR2; p54)
441 amino acid 단백질로, DNA 결합 ETS 단백질 패밀리에 속함.
N-terminal pointed domain, central transactivation domain, 그리고 양쪽에 위치한 auto inhibitory domain으로 구성되어 있으며, C-terminal ETS domain을 포함함.
PEBP2alphaA, p300/CBP 등과 상호작용하여 Osteopontin, Presenilin-1, Stromelysin, Collagenase의 전사를 매개함.
Ras/MAPK 신호에 의해 활성화되며, 휴지기 T세포에서 발현이 증가함.
AP-1, Sp-1, c-myb, MafB 등 다양한 인자에 의해 활성 조절됨.
Sp100은 핵 내에서 ETS1을 활성화시키며, EAP1/Daxx와 상호작용하여 MMP1 및 BCL2 전사활성을 억제함.
또한 STAT6과 결합하여 IL-4 유도 Socs-1 발현을 조절하고, GATA3와 상호작용하여 Tax-1 의존적 IL-5 발현을 양성 조절함.
