Target Information
DARPP-32 (Dopamine- and cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein, 32 kDa)는 도파민 수용 뉴런과 관련된 단백질로, Thr34에서 인산화될 때 Protein Phosphatase I을 억제합니다. 반대로 Thr75에서 인산화될 경우 PKA 억제 인자로 작용합니다. DARPP-32의 인산화는 도파민 신경전달 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, 알코올, 카페인 및 Prozac® 등의 작용에도 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
