Target Information
DARPP-32는 도파민(DA) 및 AMP-조절 약 32 kDa의 인산화 단백질로, 도파민 수용체 뉴런과 관련되어 있습니다. Thr34에서 인산화될 때 단백질 인산화효소 I(Protein Phosphatase I)을 억제하며, Thr75에서 인산화될 때는 PKA 억제 인자로 작용합니다. DARPP-32의 인산화는 도파민 신경전달 조절에 중요한 역할을 하며, 알코올, 카페인, Prozac® 등의 작용에도 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
