For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Casein kinase I (CKI) and casein kinase II (CKII) form a family of serine/threonine protein kinases found in all eukaryotes. CKI family members (α, γ, ε, δ) are involved in regulating cytoplasmic and nuclear processes such as DNA replication and repair.
CKII typically exists as a tetrameric complex (α₂β₂ or αα′β₂), with catalytic α subunits activated by autophosphorylated β regulatory subunits. CKII is abundant in proliferating and differentiating cells and phosphorylates over 100 substrates, including nuclear oncoproteins, transcription factors, and DNA metabolism enzymes.
