For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The NR0B2 gene encodes an orphan nuclear receptor that lacks a conventional DNA-binding domain but retains a ligand-binding domain. It belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family, which includes transcription factors regulated by small hydrophobic hormones.
This protein interacts with retinoid and thyroid hormone receptors, inhibiting their ligand-dependent transcriptional activation. It also interacts with estrogen receptors, leading to inhibition of their function. Studies suggest NR0B2 represses nuclear hormone receptor-mediated transactivation via competition with coactivators and through its intrinsic transcriptional repressor activity.
