For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MDM2 is the primary regulator of p53 protein stability. MDMX (also known as MDM4) inhibits MDM2-mediated degradation of p53 through distinct interactions. The MDMX gene is often amplified in malignant gliomas.
ARF interacts with MDMX to sequester it in the nucleolus, increasing p53 transactivation. MDMX expression can counteract MDM2-mediated p53 degradation while maintaining suppression of p53 activity.
Like MDM2, MDMX also binds and stabilizes p73, increasing its half-life in contrast to p53.
