이 단백질은 insulin-like growth factor acid-labile subunit (IGFALS) 및 IGF-I 또는 IGF-II와 삼중 복합체를 형성하며, 혈장 내에서 IGF의 반감기를 연장시키고 세포 표면 수용체와의 상호작용을 조절합니다.
