Target Information
TIMP1 (metalloproteinase inhibitor 1)은 금속단백질분해효소 억제제로, 콜라게나제 등의 표적 효소와 1:1 복합체를 형성하여 촉매 아연 보조인자에 결합함으로써 비가역적으로 불활성화시킵니다.
TIMP1은 MMP1, MMP2, MMP3, MMP7, MMP8, MMP9, MMP10, MMP11, MMP12, MMP14, MMP16에 작용하며, 세포 분화, 이동, 사멸을 조절하는 성장인자로서 기능합니다.
또한 CD63 및 ITGB1을 통해 세포 신호 전달 경로를 활성화합니다.
