Target Information
Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of goat IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
