  • 사용 전 1.1 mL의 탈이온수로 재용해 후 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해시킵니다.
  • 원심분리하여 입자를 제거하고, 매일 신선한 working dilution을 준비하여 사용 후 폐기합니다.
  • 수령일로부터 1년간 안정적입니다.
  • 면역전기영동 결과, 비면역글로불린 염소 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응성은 없습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 확인된 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
