The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% as confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
ACTR3B plays a role in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. It may function as an ATP-binding component of the Arp2/3 complex, which regulates actin polymerization and, together with nucleation-promoting factors (NPF), mediates the formation of branched actin networks. ACTR3B may decrease the metastatic potential of tumors.
