- Keep as a concentrated solution.
- Predicted reactivity: Mouse (81%), Rat (84%), Bovine (80%).
- Positive Control: HeLa cells (1 ng/mL TGF-β and 300 ng/mL EGF for 2 hr), HeLa (starvation for 16 hr, 20 ng/mL TGF-β and 300 ng/mL EGF treatment for 30 min).
- Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
- Store product as a concentrated solution.

Zinc finger protein SNAI1 (SNAIL)은 아연 핑거 전사 억제 인자로, 외배엽 유전자의 발현을 억제하여 중배엽 및 신경 능선 형성에 관여합니다.
SNAI1은 E-cadherin의 하향 조절 및 상피-중배엽 전이(EMT) 유도에 관여하여 종양 침윤의 중요한 인자로 알려져 있습니다.
유방암에서 SNAI1 및 SNAI2(Slug)의 발현은 E-cadherin 억제, 전이, 재발, 불량한 예후와 관련이 있습니다.
또한 결장암에서 stromal Snail 1 단백질은 새로운 예후 표지자로 제안되고 있습니다.
