Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PLK4 (Polo-like kinase 4) is a serine/threonine protein kinase that localizes to centrioles and regulates centriole duplication during the cell cycle.
Overexpression of PLK4 induces the formation of multiple procentrioles around each preexisting centriole, leading to centriole amplification and biogenesis in human cells.
Reduced PLK4 gene dosage increases the likelihood of mitotic errors and cancer development.
