Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PLK4 (Polo-like kinase 4) is a serine/threonine protein kinase that localizes to centrioles and regulates centriole duplication during the cell cycle.
Overexpression of PLK4 induces centriole amplification, while reduced gene dosage increases the risk of mitotic errors and cancer development.
