Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PLK4 (Polo-like kinase 4) is a serine/threonine protein kinase localized to centrioles, key microtubule-based structures within centrosomes. It regulates centriole duplication during the cell cycle.
Overexpression of PLK4 induces multiple procentrioles per centriole, leading to centriole amplification. Reduced PLK4 dosage increases mitotic error rates and cancer risk.
