Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The C1D protein is a DNA-binding, apoptosis-inducing nuclear protein that interacts with Rac3 and functions as a corepressor for the thyroid hormone receptor. It may regulate TRAX/Translin complex formation. Multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein exist, and pseudogenes are located on chromosome 10.
