For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIPG (Lipase G, Endothelial type) is an endothelial lipase and a member of the lipoprotein lipase gene family. It is synthesized by endothelial cells and functions locally to modulate lipoprotein metabolism.
Overexpression of LIPG reduces HDL cholesterol levels, while LIPG deficiency elevates HDL levels in animal models.
LIPG exhibits phospholipase activity and plays roles in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology.
It is a carboxyl esterase capable of hydrolyzing high-density lipoproteins, emulsifying triglycerides, aiding in dietary fat digestion, and binding to heparin.
