Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
KCTD5 interacts with CUL3 and may act as a substrate adapter in certain E3 ligase complexes. It does not affect the function of Kv channels such as Kv2.1/KCNB1, Kv1.2/KCNA2, Kv4.2/KCND2, and Kv3.4/KCNC4.
