Target Information
Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass produced by the rat immune system, known for complement activation and mediating ADCC.
It has a molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa, consisting of two heavy and two light chains.
Commonly used as a control or reference antibody in experiments involving rat models, and in flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry applications.
