Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in the adaptive immune response. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, it contributes to opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is widely used in research and diagnostic assays such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in immunotherapy and vaccine development.
