Mouse IgG3 lambda는 동형 대조용 면역글로불린으로 유용합니다.
Flow cytometry 분석에 사용 보고되었으며, 정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 대상으로 시험되었습니다.
10 µL/test로 사용하며, 한 테스트는 최종 100 µL 부피에서 세포 샘플을 염색할 수 있는 항체량(µg)을 의미합니다.
세포 수는 실험적으로 결정하며, 일반적으로 10^5–10^8 cells/test 범위입니다.

Target Information
Mouse IgG3는 항원에 대한 B 세포의 반응으로 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 아형입니다.
혈청 내 가장 적은 양으로 존재하며, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, opsonization, complement activation, 항체 의존성 세포독성 등 다양한 면역 반응에 관여합니다.
T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절에도 참여합니다.
연구 및 진단 응용에서는 다른 IgG 아형보다 덜 사용되지만, ELISA 및 면역조직화학 등 일부 연구에 활용됩니다.
